Private pay is due at the time of session.
Cash, Debit Card, Credit Card or HSA Card are all accepted.
Insurance:
Current Insurance Contracts include Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Humana and Aetna
It Is recommended that all prospective clients call to verify network participation with specific plan.
